Covering means to hide a persons part of themselves or their identity to fit with the majority. My extended thought of it is that people will hide part of themselves due to societies judgement or also because they could be in a potential fearful situation or it could also pose as a survival tactic.
2. According to Windscott, true self and false self are both apart of a persons identity. Your true self is something that a person may show in a situation where they feel safe with their identity. A false self is that same person feeling the false hood of their true selves. These are both still heavily connected to that same person
